Greetings and Salutations from North Dundas Lodge No. 320! We now meet at the Ingleside Masonic Center on Memorial Drive in Ingleside. We meet on the first Thursday of each month from September to June. Our members proudly support the many activities both in North Dundas and Eastern District. One of the goals during my term is to enrich the lives of our membership through masonic education. Helping each one be better versions of themselves. Drop us a line if you would like to become part of our wonderful, active lodge.
North Dundas Lodge is the result of an amalgamation of North Dundas No. 320 (Instituted June 4, 1874) and Henderson Lodge No 383 (Instituted July 14, 1880). A The Amalgamation Ceremony took place in Winchester at Henderson Hall on November 6, 2014. The ceremony was conducted by our Grand Master Most Worshipful Brother Donald Campbell assisted by a distinguished group of Grand Lodge officers.
In the early years Chesterville rented space in the village of Chesterville. In 1912 they joined forces with the Local Odd Fellows and built a meeting place at 65 Main St N. Both lodges met at this location until the mid 1990’s when the Odd Fellows lodge closed. The cost of operating a building on their own proved to be too much for the Lodge. The building was sold in 1997 and the lodge moved to Henderson Hall in Winchester.
Henderson Lodge rented space for several years before building the structure they would occupy in 1961. Tenants included Chesterville Lodge No 320 And a local chapter of the Eastern Star. That chapter left in 2017 leaving the now North Dundas Lodge to run the building. Circumstances beyond the control f the Lodge forced it to sell the property in 2024. The Lodge decided to move to Ingleside and become the fourth tenant of the Masonic center. The first meeting at the new home was held on September 4, 2025.
