Another successful Eastern District Curling Bonspiel was held, with 12 teams participating. We would like to thank everyone who helped put this event together, especially the volunteers who stepped up to ensure we had enough players to fill all the teams.
Approximately $1410. was raised through the event. Congratulations and thank you to all the curlers who came out and played—it was a great day of curling and camaraderie.
One team featured four generations of the same family, starting with Charles Osborne, father to Angie Beehler, grandfather to Kyle Hinskens, and great-grandfather to Nolan Hinskens—a wonderful highlight of the day and a true testament to family and tradition.
